Non-profit health system is seeking a visionary proven leader and non-invasive cardiologist to serve as Chief of Cardiology and Vice Chair of the Heart and Vascular Institute. Please consider the following details:
Practice Details and Job Responsibilities:
•Report directly to the Chair of the Heart and Vascular Institute.
•Collaborate closely with the Vice Chairs of Vascular Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, as well as
service line leadership. Competitive compensation range $400K-$950K.
•Partner with the Medical Director of Medical Specialties to provide medical oversight for cardiology offices and
hospital-based cardiology services.
•Supervise large team of cardiologists, advanced practice nurses (APNs), and physician assistants (PAs).
•Oversee hospital-based cardiology procedures and support the development and oversight of the new cardiology fellowship program
Qualifications:
• A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality cardiovascular care.
• Board certification in cardiovascular disease and an interest in clinical excellence
• Ability to build rapport with medical staff and leadership to obtain the buy-in and collaboration necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Short drive to Philadelphia and all coastal New Jersey areas
