This role will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive growth, executing strategies that strengthen market positioning, and expand brand visibility. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Director of Market Development to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our market share and increase profitability.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop integrated campaigns, product introductions, and sales enablement tools to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and public sector decision-makers.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including CRM, website management, email, paid media, and social channels.
- Produce technical and customer-facing content to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility in the market.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer, industry, and internal engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or Materials Science.
- 6+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or chemicals.
- Must have a deep understanding of construction supply chains, and decision-making processes in commercial and infrastructure markets.
- Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns, conducting market analysis, and using CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Willingness to travel 50% domestically to customers, industry events, and internal engagements.
- Ability to produce technical and customer-facing content.
