Wage: $17.00 hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd; 12-hour days; 12-hour nights
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm; 2:00pm-10:30pm; 6:00am–6:00pm; 6:00pm–6:00am

Production Responsibilities:
- Operate blending and conveying equipment including airlocks, vacuum, dust collector, sifters and blender
- Control air pressures and process controls to comply with process instructions
- Check raw materials delivered to the line for accuracy against the batch sheet provided by the Set-Up Operator and adding ingredients to the process system
- Maintain integrity of the batch throughout the entire process
- Control work in progress within the system to ensure compliance with all procedures and processes
- Clean and sanitize entire blending system by following cleaning guidelines and procedures and documentation of functions
- Follow all GMP’s during the manufacturing process
- Perform proper weighing, labeling and packing of various products
- Record accurate product tallies on batch sheets
- Sample product during pack out process as per instruction of the QA department and following GMP’s during the process
Qualifications for Production:
- Acceptable reading and writing skills to effectively communicate and process written instructions
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to inspect, validate and confirm all counts and calculations within processing instructions and batch
- Able to submit and pass company Basic Aptitude Test and Forklift Training Program
- Able to lift 60lbs repetitively throughout shift
- High School Diploma or GED
