Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist Wellington, FL
Wellington Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Academic Faculty Hospitalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching residentsin a hospitalist role and will be responsible for providing clinical care and supervising residents in an inpatient setting. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care and resident supervision in an inpatient environment.
- Design and implement educational programs for internal medicine residents.
- Participate in academic activities, such as lectures, rounds, and case discussions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for patient encounters and educational activities.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Experience teaching residents in a hospitalist role (required).
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license in good standing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teaching skills.
- Commitment to academic excellence and medical education.
