Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work either 4x10s or 3x12s schedule options available
• Call requirement of 8-12 call shifts per month with one weekend of call required per month
• 5 years of experience required with travel experience preferred
• Experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab procedures required
• Perform procedures including Coronary Angiograms with PCI, Pacemakers, and Peripheral Aortograms
• Work with adult patient population exclusively
• 40-hour orientation period
• Epic experience preferred for charting system
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, and state license
• Must have either RCIS or AART and CA license
• Skills include accurate monitoring, angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures, electrophysiology lab work, fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring, and interventional cardiac procedures
• Responsible for equipment setup, maintaining sterile field, room circulation, and inventory management
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Two references obtained within the last year required
• All certifications must be AHA or American Red Cross certified
