RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 4 ten-hour day shifts Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment starting ASAP
• Minimum 2+ years OR RN experience required with combination of Ortho, Plastics, and OB/GYN experience
• Required certifications: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in operating room patient care
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ORTs and other surgical team personnel
• Ensure supplies and timeliness of cases
• Communicate with families and update physician preference cards
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care
• Provide care according to State Nurse Practice Act, AORN and regulatory standards
• Follow physician orders, hospital policies and surgical department procedures
