A respected private ENT practice seeks a motivated physician to join the team and replace a departing provider. Compensation
• Base Salary range: $400,000-$600,000
• $400,000 guaranteed base for the first two years plus production bonus
• Partnership after year two, with immediate opportunity to buy into the surgery center
• Earning potential up to $750,000
• $50,000 recruitment incentives including signing bonus, residency stipend, and relocation support
• Plentiful PTO, abundant CME allowance, and paid holidays
