HumanEdge Health is seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses for adult Med/Surg/Telemetry units in Syracuse, NY. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Position Details:

• Adult Medical-Surgical units with telemetry

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts

• Set schedules; excessive time off or fixed days of the week will not be approved

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license

• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Med/Surg experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and acuity

• Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma designation

• Ability to start IVs, draw labs, and monitor telemetry

Certifications:

• BLS (required)

Preferred:

• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience

• Epic EMR experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong nursing assessment and patient care skills

• Ability to perform the majority of patient care skills with minimal orientation and supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
