- Minimum 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program
- Minimum 3 years of prior GME administrative experience required
- Willingness to integrate administrative duties with diagnostic and teaching responsibilities
- Strong administrative and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
