Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00A - 5:00P

Patient Ages: All ages

In-Patient/Out-Patient: Outpatient

On Call: No

Support Staff: RN and Medical Assistants

Charting/Dictation: EClinical Works

Estimated patient volume is 20 (all ages)

Requirements:

Current Texas Medical License or ability to get licensure

Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC

DEA/CSR Requirements: No
