- Outpatient only physician
- Value-based care model
- Medicare/Medicaid Advantage patients
- All patients are 65+
- Monday-Friday office only schedule
- Phone call shared with all providers
- Minimal phone call once every few months
- 12-15patients per day
- Full supports staff including NP-MA-RN
- On-site labs and radiology
- Total compensation $300,000 and above year one
- Attainable 20% salary bonus plan
