Your Responsibilities:

*Perform precision haircuts, including fades, tapers, and classic styles
*Deliver our signature MVP Experience with hot towel treatments
*Maintain clean work stations and follow all sanitation protocols
*Build rapport with clients in our sports-themed atmosphere
*Recommend grooming products to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

*Valid Ohio cosmetology or barber license
*Passion for men's grooming and current trends
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
*Flexible schedule including weekend availability
