Position Highlights:
- Location: Near Hatley, Wisconsin
- Setting: Outpatient, no inpatient requirements
- Start Date: December 1, 2024
- Duration: Ongoing, with permanent openings available if interested
- Schedule: Minimum of two consecutive days per week; no on-call duties
- Patient Load: 15 patients per shift
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 6 MAs, and 2 office staff
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Licensing Requirement: Must have a Wisconsin medical license or qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient clinic
- Supervise and mentor residents at a family medicine residency clinic (optional)
- Participate in the care of underserved populations, with the option to supervise embedded MAT/suboxone clinics and transgender care (upskilling available)
- Ability to see patients independently as needed
Additional Information:
- Required Certifications: Board Certification in Family Medicine, BLS certification
- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
