Required Skills:
- Current Occupational Therapy license
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a variety of clinical settings
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Certification in a specialized area of Occupational Therapy (e.g. pediatrics, gerontology)
- Experience with electronic medical records
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- 1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel to different locations (specific location: Vernon Ave, Bakersfield, California, 93306)
- Flexibility to work a days schedule (8a-5p, 5-8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
