We’re on the hunt for a rising star in beverage leadership to join our team at our soulful fine dining destination nestled in the heart of downtown Fairhope. As Beverage Director, you’ll play a vital role in shaping one of the most thoughtful and creative beverage programs on the Gulf Coast.

Mixologist | Beverage Director Requirements and Qualifications:
- You’ll have creative input in one of the South’s most beloved emerging dining destinations
- Assist in developing and executing seasonal cocktail menus, wine lists, and special beverage events
- You’ll help lead and develop a passionate, tight-knit bar team, supporting all bar operations
- Lead bar shifts with polish and energy, setting the tone for world-class guest experiences
- Train, coach, and inspire bar staff to deliver consistent service and signature hospitality
- Engage guests with warmth, storytelling, and expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and local craft products
Mixologist | Beverage Director Preferred Background and Skills:
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-end bar or restaurant
- Strong cocktail, spirits, and wine knowledge, with a love for craftsmanship and detail
- A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-forward environments
- Warm, enthusiastic, and polished with an eye for both the big picture and the small moments
- Eager to contribute creatively and grow in a dynamic, supportive setting
