Join Our Expanding Neonatology Practice in Appleton, WI!
Pediatrix Medical Group is thrilled to announce the expansion of our Neonatology services in the vibrant city of Appleton, Wisconsin! This is an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated Neonatologist to become a part of our brand new practice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and fellow neonatologists to provide comprehensive care in the newborn nursery through a team-oriented approach.
- Join a team of 4 Neonatologists covering a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at the local facility.
- Engage in a 24/7 in-house coverage and day rounding schedule.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
- Exchange best practices and ideas with thousands of Pediatrix providers across more than 400 NICUs.
- We encourage all board-certified/eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and newly-graduated fellows, to apply.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- Completion of a Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine before the start date.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to the start date.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine is required.
- Must have a valid Wisconsin medical license or be willing to obtain it.
- Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start) is mandatory.
- DEA certification required prior to start date without exemptions.
