Position Overview
A leading healthcare organization in southern Vermont is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus in Hand or Foot & Ankle Surgery to join a well-established and collaborative Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on hand or foot & ankle conditions
- Evaluate and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders
- Perform surgical procedures using advanced robotic-assisted technology
- Manage outpatient clinical care and participate in scheduled surgical blocks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, PAs, and clinical staff
- Participate in a shared call rotation (1:4) with PA first-call coverage
- Utilize the EMR system (Cerner Community Works) for clinical documentation

Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship training or specialization in Hand Surgery or Foot & Ankle Surgery preferred
- Active or eligible Vermont medical license
- Clean malpractice history
- CPR, BLS, and DEA required prior to start
- Eligible for credentialing and hospital privileges
