? Requirements
- ✔️ Active OR RN license (pending accepted)
- ✔️ 1+ year Skilled Home Health experience
- ✔️ OASIS experience REQUIRED
- ✔️ BLS(AHA) Certification
- ✔️ Epic experience preferred
- ? Must have your own transportation with vehicle insurance
? Practice Setting
- Adult & Geriatric Home Health
- Charting: Epic / OASIS
- Strong interdisciplinary support (PT, Social Services, Interpretation)
- Well-organized scheduling to reduce drive time (occasional 50+ mile radius)

- Locals Accepted
- Some weekend coverage may be required
- No on-call
- Guaranteed hours (may call off up to 1 shift per pay period)
