Location: Fresno, CA Schedule: Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (No nights, weekends, holidays, or call) Compensation: $250,000 " $317,000 base salary + $50,000 annual bonus (for 2 years) + monthly and quarterly incentives The Opportunity We are seeking a driven physician leader to serve as Clinic Medical Director in a thriving urgent care environment. This unique role allows you to balance patient care with physician leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, improving clinic operations, and supporting patient-centered excellence.
