Seeking two diagnostic radiologists for locum tenens positions in a tertiary care center. The ideal candidates should possess expertise in:
- Cross-sectional abdominal and thoracic imaging
- Diagnostic ultrasound
- Basic plain films
Additional skills:
- Proficiency in basic fluoroscopic procedures (e.g., UGIs, fluoroscopic-guided hip and shoulder injections)
- Ability to perform US procedures (e.g., paracentesis and thoracentesis) would be advantageous.
Position Details:
- Setting: Tertiary care center
- Duties: Reading abdominal and thoracic CT scans, general ultrasound, and plain films
- FTE: 0.80 - 1.0
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: Dedicated film room/image management team. Administrative assistant for departmental support
- Reason for Coverage: Waiting for replacement radiologists to finish up their fellowships and family leaves.
MANDATED Job Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License: WA License - Highly Preferred (Will accept IMLC as long as the provider has it by the start date)
- Certifications: BLS, DEA - Required (During credentialing)
