Temporary-to-hire Administrative Assistant role based in Midtown NYC handling high-volume inbound calls (45–60/day), customer service via phone/email, precise digital data entry, mail triage, and reconciliation of share transfers/accounts. Requires strong communication, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) proficiency, discretion with confidential information, multitasking in a fast-paced financial/call-center environment, and ability to de-escalate and direct callers.
