In this role, you will take the lead in establishing and developing a new outpatient Pain Management service as part of a hospital-based program. Position Highlights: Practice Setting: Deliver pain management services in a newly established, hospital-based department/program. Outpatient Focus: Provide comprehensive pain management through clinic and procedural treatment plans. State-of-the-Art EMR: Utilize a shared EMR system (Epic) for seamless integration between the clinic and the hospital. Team Environment: Join a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to excellence in patient care. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation: $550,000 salary guarantee + RVU productivity incentives. Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 to welcome you to our team. CME Allowance: $3,500 to support your continuous learning and development.
