Title: Integrative & Functional Medicine Physician

Location: Delmar, NY

Shift: Full-time (4 day work-week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide integrative, patient-centered clinical care
• Evaluate and treat patients with Chronic and complex conditions
• Collaborate closely with a diverse, highly supportive clinical team
• Contribute to a growing practice that values time, connection, and thoughtful medical decision-making

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Licensed in New York
• Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine
• Clinical background in Lyme Disease or tick-borne illness
• 2-3 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine or similar field
