The Parking and Guest Services Assistant supports parking operations and visitor services on a client campus by directing vehicles, ensuring parking compliance, and assisting visitors with information and electric bike usage. The role involves customer interaction, safety monitoring, and maintaining smooth traffic flow. In this role, you will support the clients’ onsite team assisting with parking operations and visitor services on the client’s campus. This role will help direct vehicles to designated parking areas, ensure client employees are parked in appropriate locations, report violators to the client’s onsite team, and provide visitors with maps and directions to client buildings. They will also assist by offering electric bikes, collecting them from buildings on campus throughout the day and riding them back to the proper locations.

Now, about you:
- Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- You’re 18 years or older
- Can ride a bike/electronic bike and/or scooter
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have the ability to work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Can perform job duties with a safety-first mentality
- Can direct visitors’ vehicles and employee vehicles to appropriate parking areas
- Can monitor parking lots to ensure compliance with designated vehicle type space
- Can greet visitors and offer maps, directions, and general campus information
- Can facilitate electric bike usage, return, and placement in appropriate areas
