Sign-on up to $50K, student loan aid up to $100K and a $550K base in year one. Hospital-employed Urologist role in Tennessee, permanent, clinic hours Mon–Fri 7am–5pm, clinic across from hospital, OR/ASC on campus, first-year surgical volume 425–525 cases, seeing 30+ patients/day, 1:3 practice call and hospital call ~7 days/month. - MD/DO with Urology board eligibility/certification
- Active TN medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with endoscopic and robotic (da Vinci) urologic surgery
- Comfortable with high outpatient volume and OR caseload
- Eligible for hospital credentialing and Medicare/Medicaid billing

Hospital employed practice is seeking Urologist to join team
? Clinic hours are 7:00am-5pm, Monday ? Friday
? First year surgical volume expected to be 425-525 cases
? Cysto suite in hospital includes 3 scopes
? New physician will see 30+ patients per day
? Patient panel consists of 60% adult & 40% geriatric
? 3 da Vinci Robots
? Clinic across the street from the hospital
? Supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners
? Stable staff includes Administrator, Clinic Supervisor, 2 LPN?s & Scribe
? Practice EMR is Athena, hospital EMR is Paragon
? Clinic diagnostics include Ultrasound & KUB
? Experienced OR staff, Director tenure of 10+ years
? Blocked OR time available
? ASC on campus
? Practice call is Call is 1:3, Hospital call 7 days per month
? Less than 20% of call requires physician to come to hospital
? Year 1: $550,000 Base Salary
