Physician-friendly practice with resident teaching and strong work–life balance. Primary Care Physician (Family Practice); permanent or locum; full-time clinical role in Eastern Indiana; onsite patient care; ongoing position with benefits. - MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) - Current Indiana medical license - DEA registration with prescriptive authority - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related field

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients
• Diagnose and treat various medical conditions
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
• Current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority from the State of Indiana
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in related field
