Competitive $450K–$575K base plus production bonus in a community-focused employed practice. BE/BC Ophthalmologist, permanent full-time, primary care comprehensive ophthalmology and cataract surgery. Location: Western Illinois (community ~26,000). Hospital: 99-bed, employed physician model with main clinic + 14 satellites. Call: 1:8. - Comfortable with comprehensive cataract and general ophthalmology (bread-and-butter)
- Willingness/interest in common lid surgeries (preferred)
- Eligible to work in Illinois (license)

Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist who prefers to practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance in a community of about 26,000 residents.
- 99 bed community based hospital, with an employed physician model.
- We currently employ about 77 physicians and 75 APPs in 35 areas of medicine.
- In addition to our hospital and Main Clinic, we offer 14 additional satellite facilities in the surrounding service areas.
- Primary Care Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Cataracts
- Bread and Butter, Busy Practice
- Interest in Common Lid Surgeries a Plus
- Other Sub-Specialty Interest a Plus
- Most Lid Surgeries and Sub-Specialty Work are Currently Sent Out
- 5 In-House Optometrists for Direct Referrals
- 100% Catchment of All Other Local Optometrists
- 1:8 call
- Support Staff Available to Work Up, Refract, and Scribe
