- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- 16 patients per day
- One hour of dedicated desktop time daily
- Experience with all age groups -- focus on adult population
- 2 - 5 years family practice experience required
- Includes men's health, women's health, and pediatric care
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required
