Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an outpatient clinic role in an Autism and Neurodevelopmental triage setting, requiring a MO or compact RN license and strong triage skills.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient clinic specializing in Autism and Neurodevelopmental disorders
- Primary responsibility is triaging phone calls for patients and families
- Pediatric patient population
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- EMR used is Cerner; prior experience preferred but not required
- Position involves extensive telephone triage for pediatric patients and families in an outpatient neurodevelopmental clinic
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are eligible to apply at a reduced rate
- All requested time off must be included at time of application
Requirements
- Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience and at least 1 year of experience in a similar specialty
- Current CPI Blue Card required for Behavioral Health RNs (can be completed onsite if not already held)
- References from two professional sources required
- Pediatric experience preferred
