Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join outpatient only primary care team
? Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday
? Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.
? 72 patient per week via clinical encounters
? Dax AI
? Epic EMR
? $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus
? Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness)
? Year 1 ? Base salary of $312,900
? Year 2 & beyond ? Value based incentive plan up to 10% of eligible earnings, Includes but not limited to clinical quality, productivity, and patient experience
? Signing Bonus: $60,000
? Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
? Up to $5,000 annual CME allowance
? 240 hours authorized time off
