Our client is a stable manufacturing operation seeking a CNC Machine Operator to support ongoing production on second shift. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with CNC exposure who takes pride in quality, safety, and consistency.

Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, drill presses, and other production equipment
Perform in-process and final inspections using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
Deburr and finish machined parts as required
Follow work orders, prints, and standard operating procedures
Make minor machine or offset adjustments and escalate complex issues to the Lead
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support general shop upkeep
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with CNC offsets and basic setup adjustments
Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions
Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
Reliable work history and willingness to learn (training available for the right candidate)
