Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options
- 1:8 call rotation, with rare on-call requirements
- Optional hospital call available with supplemental pay
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary during a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance are provided
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance
- Paid time off (PTO) and a CME allowance included
- Also have opportunities to add an Oculoplastic and Cornea specialist to the team
