Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking an Associate Recruiter - contract to join their team. As an Associate Recruiter - contract, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Recruiter - contract

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $25. - $28

Shift: 1st Shift 

What's the Job?

• Execute high volume recruitment for non-exempt roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs of each position and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Review job applications, source potential candidates, and conduct interviews to assess talent.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates, acting as the main point of contact on the Talent Management team.
• Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the company's recruiting brand and support social media recruitment channels.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR-related function; recruiting experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree from a two-year college in Human Resources Management or related field; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
