About the Clinician‘s Workday

The physician associate will provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma surgery coverage with day shifts from 6am to 2pm on weekdays and 24-hour call shifts on weekends. Responsibilities include managing Level 1 trauma cases with OR coverage, ICU rounding, hospital rounding, overnight call coverage, and post-operative visits. The clinician will provide ED support, consultations, and post-operative care for orthopedic trauma patients with an average daily volume of 20 patients. The position requires ACLS or ATLS certification and experience with reductions and wash out procedures using eClinical Works EMR system.
