Locations 6 locations throughout Houston and the Houston suburbs Position Highlights- Schedule: 3 5 days per week (flexible)
- Patient Volume: Flexible, based on provider preference
- Clinical Mix: Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology (flexible, tailored to the provider s interest)
- APP Supervision: Not mandatory, but available for those who are interested
Compensation & Incentives- Base Guarantee: $350,000 $400,000 (based on number of days worked)
- Collections Model:
- In addition to the base salary, Dermatologists will earn varying levels of collections incentives, up to 50% over a certain threshold
- Total Annual Compensation: Highly competitive, with top earners well above market averages
