Hospital inpatient, infusion center and outpatient practice; Epic EMR. - Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (required) - Minnesota medical license or IMLC eligibility (temporary MN license considered) - BLS and DEA required - Experience with inpatient oncology/infusion; Epic EMR preferred - Acute leukemia experience highly desirable
