Be a founding RN in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Operating Room. Full-time (0.9 FTE), mixed shifts at 109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive, Wilmington, NC. Permanent role on the Operating Room team at a new facility with comprehensive orientation and preceptor support. - Current RN license (required) - Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred - Minimum 1 year acute care/OR nursing experience (required) - Ability to modify care by patient age and interpret age-specific needs - Previous leadership experience preferred

  • Onboarding: Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership.
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a clinical nurse in acute care environment, required. Previous leadership experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as an RN, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)’ age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific need
