Requirements Monday thru Friday 645a-5pm, no clinic/inpatient consults, inpatient surgical cases, pre and postoperative rounding. All Rounding is done with an APP. APP will create progress notes and consult notes. Surgeon will need to add their note and cosign.Weekend coverage will be rounding on all patients with a PA, only emergent cases to the OR. All new consults. Will likely be 1 weekend per month.Night Call process:Call starts at 4:30pm and runs until 7am the following day.Weekend Call is covered by weekend coverage surgeon and runs Friday 4:30pm- Monday 7pm Surgical PA is first call for all floor patients. CVICU has a CTS App in the unit most nights, they will call surgeon if needed.ER will call surgeon if needed.Will cover Monday through Thursday night call intermittently.
