Travel RN – Progressive Critical Care Unit (PCCU) – Nights
Location: Albany, NY
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 1/26/26
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years PCCU or ICU experience
EMR: Epic experience required
Weekends: Every other weekend
Holidays: Rotating
Unit Overview:
The Progressive Critical Care Unit cares for some of the region’s most medically delicate and surgically complex patients, including:
Required Skills:
Competent in medical and surgical patient care
ACLS certification
Advanced hemodynamic management including pressors per titration protocols
Management of antihypertensive drips, sedatives, Narcan, thrombo-embolic agents
A-line, CVP, EVD, orthopedic traction, infection prevention protocols
Experience with HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, and Oxypendent
Patient Load: Average 3 high-acuity patients
