This role seeks an experienced Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to independently manage a Level IV Trauma ER and inpatient hospitalist duties in a critical access hospital located in Northern Wyoming. The position involves 6-10 consecutive 24-hour shifts per month, providing both emergency and inpatient care with remote physician support.
