We’re looking for an experienced Casino Director of Finance to join our leadership team and oversee financial operations across two casino properties in the Chicago Metropolitan area. 💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead all financial operations for two casino properties
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Partner with senior leadership to support business decisions
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, gaming regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee GL, cage, soft count, warehouse, and finance/accounting teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–7+ years of Casino Finance experience (gaming industry required)
- Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Deep knowledge of casino accounting and regulatory compliance
