Your best day is when you and your team members discharge patients knowing you delivered compassionate, quality, efficient care. This is a 24 bed unit, with a 1:4 patient:nurse ratio. It’s a team environment looking for self-driven, highly-detailed nurses who communicate well.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
- Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire
