Title: Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics (Outpatient)
Location: Saint Cloud, MN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (typically between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; exact hours based on skill set). Block schedules available.
Provide pediatric outpatient occupational therapy services in a multidisciplinary clinic (OT/PT/SLP).
Evaluate pediatric patients from birth through adolescence and develop individualized plans of care.
Perform standardized pediatric assessments and interpret results.
Treat a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, including developmental, neurological, sensory, and coordination disorders.
Provide treatment for sensory dysfunction, including extensive family education.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.
Maintain required productivity standards (end-of-day productivity target of 60%).
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge planning per professional standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric outpatient occupational therapy (required).
Active state OT license (required).
BLS certification (required).
Experience working in pediatric outpatient settings.
Ability to work 1:1 patient ratio.
Experience treating pediatric patients with diagnoses such as:
Prematurity
Cerebral palsy
Down syndrome
Autism spectrum disorder
Sensory processing disorder
Oral aversion
ADHD
Coordination impairments
Concussion
Willingness to work weekdays with flexible daily schedules based on clinic needs.
Traveler's primary residence must be more than 25 miles from the facility.
Administration and interpretation of pediatric assessments, including:
PDMS-2
BOT-2
VMI
Sensory Profile
Experience with treatment of sensory dysfunction and caregiver education.
Epic charting experience (preferred).
