Cardiac Anesthesia position in Arkansas metro area

• Permanent placement position
• Hospital employed position with 10 physicians and 4 PRN providers.
• Fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia required.
• Wide variety of procedures with a high volume of cardiac.
• Hospital is part of a level II trauma center.
• Call requirements: 4-5 calls per month. Night call is taken from home.
• Monday Friday schedule from 7 am 3 pm (unless on weekday call or weekend call).
• Ability to perform TEE s required.
• Facility can sponsor J-1 or H1-B visa holders.
• Positions available due to growth.
• Guaranteed first year salary of $591,000. In year two the model drops to 90% salary guarantee and physician is eligible for 15% quality incentive bonus.

• $30,000 sign-on bonus. Student loan repayment available. CME allowance and time off.
