This facility is seeking an Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: One week per month, Clinic and call
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Types of Cases: General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Licensure Required: Illinois license
