• Begins upon successful credentialing (45-60 Days)
• January 27 th start date
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (7a - 3:30p 10's & 12's available)
• 7 ORs, 2 Endo, 1 Pain
• Cases: B&B, Neuro (min.), OB (min.), Ortho, PEDS (rare)
• No Hearts
• Model 17 MD/DOs & 3 CRNAs
• Supervision 1:3 to 1:4
• EMR: PICIS in OR Paper in Endo
