Responsibilities - Used Car Sales Manager:
- Responsible for the success and profitability of used car sales, sales team building and management, and more
- Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
- Drive sales and produce results
- Desk deals
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Used Car Sales Manager:
- Auto sales experience is required. Used Car Sales Manager experience is a plus!
- Strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills
- Team builder
- Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
- Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
- Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale
- Valid driver's license and insurance
