We re excited to offer a unique Cardiology locum tenens opportunity in North Carolina with fully flexible scheduling. You pick the dates you can work as often or as little as you d like. This is an onsite inpatient rounding and night call position with no required procedures, making it ideal for physicians seeking meaningful overnight coverage work with built-in flexibility.

• Location: North Carolina

• Setting: Onsite inpatient call coverage at multiple locations

• Schedule Flexibility: You choose your shifts work as frequently or infrequently as you prefer

• Shift Times:

  • Mon Thu: 8 PM 6 AM

  • Fri: 8 PM 7 AM

  • Sat: 5 PM 7 AM

  • Sun: 5 PM 6 AM

• Patient Volume: Varies (floor calls, ED consults, E&M only)

• Support: Backup call available

• Procedures: None required, but must be comfortable managing vents, placing central lines and temporary pacing wires as needed

• Call Room Provided: No hotel needed provider will stay onsite

• Board Certification: Cardiology

• Licensure:Active North Carolina license required

• Vaccination: COVID-19 + Flu (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

• Credentialing: days

• Provide E&M services for inpatient patients

• Handle outpatient calls from multiple locations
