Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in California
6+ years of land surveying experience, including project management
Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software (e.g., Trimble, Leica)
Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and local regulations
Proven ability to manage survey crews, schedules, and deliverables
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
