Compensation & Benefits :
- Earning Potential: $1,000,000
- Starting Salary: $705,000
- wRVU Bonus: $78 per wRVU
- Student Loan Repayment: $200,000
- Signing Bonus: $100,000
- Relocation Bonus: $20,000
- Paid Time Off: 42 days pto annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays
- CME: $4,000 annually
- Health/Dental/Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
- Pension: Annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
Qualifications :
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: BE/BC in Gastroenterology
- Licensure: Must have or be eligible to receive a medical license in Washington State
- Skillset: General or Advanced GI physicians are welcome to apply
- Experience: New grads or experienced GI physicians
- Sponsorship: J1 and H-1B eligible
